I contacted Lani for a basement renovation which included framing, new walls, insulation, painting…the works. Trava Renovations was highly recommended to me by a friend who just had her basement finished and I have to say I was very impressed with the work that they have done. They are a small team, so they were able to come by price the job and get started right away which was great. Everything was completed on time and on budget and they were very knowledgeable when it came to recommendations around the house. Lani and his team did an excellent job with my new living area and bathroom. They completely gutted the place and renovated my entire main floor including installation of beautiful hard wood and a wonderful new powder room. They were very professional with great work ethics, always showing up on time and even making sure to clean up before they left. Everyone who comes by comments on how great the renovation looks. We are so pleased with the work Trava did for us. They were hired to finish our basement, completely renovate a power room and install new flooring. The workers arrived on time every morning and worked exceptionally hard all day. They maintained a neat worksite and always cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. The workers are true craftsman and the quality of their work is exceptional. We would highly recommend them!
